Leak-free magnetic pump is a new type of pump which applies the working principle of modern magnetomechanics and utilizes the magnetic drive of permanent magnet to realize contactless transmission of torque, namely, when the motor drives the external rotor (i.e. external magnet steel) assembly to rotate, the acting lines of magnetic force of the magnetic field pass through the spacer sleeve to drive internal rotor (i.e. internal magnetic force) assembly to rotate synchronously with the impeller, because the medium is sealed within the stationary spacer sleeve, thus achieving the goal of leak-free pumping of medium and thoroughly solving the leakage of shaft seal of mechanical pump, whereas the designed new type of hermetic, leak-free and pollution-free high-efficiency energy-saving industrial pump has the performance of international standard, thus can substitute the expensive imported chemical pump. Advantages of the product:
1. The leak-free magnetic pump is a new type of hermetic, leak-free and pollution-free industrial pump independently developed and designed by our company according to HG/T 2730-2012 “Magnetic drive centrifugal chemical process pump”.
2. Pump body, impeller and pump cover are modularly designed and precision cast using the hydraulic components designed by computer fluid mechanics (CFD). It features wide flow passage, high efficiency, good NPSH, small radial force, accurate dimensions, smooth flow passage, good interchangeability, etc.;
3. The magnet selects ferrite magnet, NdFeB and SmCo, which has good magnetic properties, high temperature resistance and is not demagnetized; its magnetic energy product is 28 megagauss, the temperature limit it can withstand is 350℃, under the normal cooling condition, by limiting its maximum service temperature to 260℃, it can maximally avoid demagnetization, making the theoretical service life of the magnetic material reach high as 20 years.
4. The shaft sleeve and sliding bearing adopt silicon carbide with high wear resistance, graphite, PTFE, etc., and are provided with lubrication grooves, which effectively ensure the service life of the pump;
5. No leakage, all sealing points are sealed with closed static seal, driven by magnetic coupling without the need of nitrogen sealing, safe, economical and efficient, completely solving the medium leakage.
6. The axial force self-balancing structure of the pump is to use the hydraulics principle to automatically balance the axial force through the fluid pressure difference, the thrust plate of the rolling bearing withstands the unbalanced axial force only at the starting and shutdown moment of Wanfulong pump, which can realize almost zero axial force at the operating point, thus greatly improving the operating stability of the whole pump.
7. Pull type design after direct connection, without the need to remove the pipe, thus the maintenance is convenient.
8. Horizontal installation with the features of compact structure, small floor space, small vibration, low noise, very stable operation;
9. Transmission of coupling drive is changed to synchronous drag, therefore there is no contact and friction. Low power consumption, high efficiency, with vibration damping effect, thus reducing the impact of motor vibration on pump and impact of vibration upon pump cavitation on motor;
Application of the product:
It is widely applied for transmission of corrosive liquid in such production process as petroleum, chemical engineering, acid making, alkali making, smelting, rare earth, pesticides, dyes, medicine, papermaking, electroplating, electrolysis, pickling, radio, cold formed foil, scientific research institutions, national defense industry etc., especially suitable for transmission of flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic and high temperature organic solvents, strong acid and alkali, precious liquids.

Applicable temperature: -30 ~ 120℃, can resist -50～450℃ when new type of material is used;
Optional accessories: temperature monitoring device, anti-stall device, leakage monitoring device;
Notice: when the specific gravity of the medium is bigger than 1.3mg/cm3, this should be noted when placing an order, idle rotation is prohibited, and transmission of particulate or crystalline medium is prohibited.
